“MI ─ MPEG-Inspector” order and license key information :

Thank you for your interest in our "MI – MPEG-Inspector"!

You will receive the MI full version with a second mail, attached as ‘Update Packet’.

Please save this packet to the folder, that was created during the MITrial installation and is shown in the MISetup window under ‘Update packets’.

MISetup will detect this packet during his next start and now will offer you the update function to the full version. After unpacking and installation, MI full will be startet automatically. During this first start MI will complete the installation process und will come up in the  “unregistered” mode.

Please copy the entire license Key (including the angle-brackets, using Windows standard "copy and paste" functionality is suggested) from this MI license email into your clipboard. Selecting "Help / Enter license key" of the installed full version with a valid key in the clipboard, will fully unlock MI to the unrestricted version on that PC system.

Please copy or print your MI license email and keep it in a safe place!  If you must reinstall (on the same system!), the same license key can be used to unlock MI.

When new versions of MI are released, MI may be upgraded by sending emails to our customers. Simply saving the attached new ‘Update Packet’, running MISetup, choose “Update full” and selecting the new packet from the update packets folder will update MI and/or the associated tools.  The new version of MI will remain fully unlocked.

We will notify you via an automatic email if the newest revision of MI requires a change to your license key.  We ask you to keep your email address updated as we have no other method of distributing license keys. If we will be unable to contact some MI user via email, we will publish this on the MI homepage.

If you have questions about MI's license agreement, please contact MI Licensing adding your License number to the subject field.

This submitted MI license key is only valid for the system on which the MI license order key was generated. 

If you wish additional license keys, e.g. for your notebook computer, then use the corresponding link on the page, that is called if you create an order key with MISetup on the additional or basically changed system.

Please don’t use the payment pages of JMS again!

If we are able to associate the submitted key request with your original license, you will get the keys free and immediately via email.

Important :

If you change your system, the needed new key may be requested in the same fashion. Your previous license key are removed from our licensing system and became invalid with a further release of MI.
